1. Acceptance

By using the Healing Al Hajar mobile application or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About us

Healing Al Hajar is a community-led, non-profit initiative based in the United Arab Emirates. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 should use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false reports, fake photos, or content you didn't create
  • Photograph identifiable people, license plates, private homes, military or restricted areas, or minors (see Photo Policy)
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
  • Attempt to circumvent moderation or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit, but you grant Healing Al Hajar a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and adapt your content for the purposes of operating the Service (showing other users, generating thumbnails, OG share cards, etc.).

We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we judge harmful to the community.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will notify you of the reason where possible. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account (see Privacy Policy for what happens to your data).

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any reported spot is safe to visit, that any photo is authentic, or that any cleanup occurred as described. See the Liability Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Healing Al Hajar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification before they take effect.
